Appointment Information
Hi there! Thank you for making your appointment with us.
Please read all the information below and REPLY to the TEXT MESSAGE we sent you confirming you have received and understood this email (No need to fill out the contact form at the end of this page).
We will not consider your booking confirmed until we receive your text reply.
About your Appointment date and time
The date and time for your appointment was sent to via text.
Please make sure to arrive on time but no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment starts. Unfortunately, we cannot let you in before that.
If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we may not be able to see you and you may lose your appointment.
​Each session will take some time, please reserve at least 3 hours with us for each appointment.
About payments
Based on the information and photos/videos you provided we have given you a quote for our services and an estimate number of sessions needed. If during in person consultation other areas than previously discussed are identified and the client wishes to have them treated, different prices may apply.
Please note that ALL sessions/appointments will need to be pre-booked and paid in advance at the time of your first appointment.
The amount you should pay on your first appointment is described on the booking confirmation you received via TEXT MESSAGE on your mobile.
A deposit covers the cost of the in person consultation and is non refundable. However, this will be will be deducted from final balance should you go ahead with the treatment. If choosing Klarna TM as a payment option, deposits are considered an admin fee and will not be deducted from final balance.
We can only accept card payments.
Cancellations
Please inform us with 48 hours written notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. We’ll always be happy to try and accommodate you with a new appointment, subject to our availability. Please note deposits are non-refundable.

Confirmations
You will receive a text message reminder 24 hours before your appointment asking you to confirm it once again.
If no reply is received by 10PM the evening before your appointment we will consider it cancelled.

From Earl’s Court Tube Station (Piccadilly Line, District Line), choose any of the 2 exits and you’ll be with us in a short 5 minutes’ walk.
From West Brompton Station (Overground, District Line). A short 3 minutes’ walk.
We are located inside ‘Vita Hair & Beauty Clinic’. Please go to reception and say you have an appointment with Josh from GiveGoodFace.
There’s no parking available in our Earl’s Court Clinic. Please allow yourself enough time to look into street parking.

Regarding Covid-19
If you are experiencing any cold symptoms please do let us know and we can reschedule your appointment to a later date. We do reserve the right not to see anyone who's experiencing symptoms.
In order to reduce risks, we can’t have more than one client at a time in the premises and unfortunately for the moment you cannot bring anyone with you. However, if having someone with you is absolutely necessary, please inform us in advance.
