Hi there! Thank you for making your appointment with us.
Please read all the information below and REPLY to the text message we sent you confirming you have received and understood this information. We will not consider your booking confirmed until we receive your text reply.
About your Appointment date and time
The date and time for your appointment was sent to via text.
Please make sure to arrive on time but no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment starts. Unfortunately, we cannot let you in before that.
If you arrive later than 15 minutes we may not be able to see you and you may lose your appointment.
About payments
Based on the information and photos/videos you provided we have given you a quote for our services and an estimate number of sessions needed. If during in person consultation other areas than previously discussed are identified and the client wishes to have them treated, different prices may apply.
Please note that ALL sessions/appointments will need to be pre-booked and paid in advance at the time of your first appointment.
The amount you should pay on your first appointment is described on the booking confirmation you received via text.
We can only accept card payments.
Cancellations
For the Model Discount offer we don't charge you a deposit to make a booking and we reserve at least 3 hours for you. If you are not to attend the appointment please be considerate and do inform us in advance as we only work by appointment. Individual sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% of full price.
Confirmations
You will receive a text message reminder 24 hours before your appointment asking you to confirm it once again.
If no reply is received by 10PM the evening before your appointment we will consider it cancelled.

Conditions for the Models Discount offer
As a model, you will only be charged a reduced fee for the treatment to be paid in full on your first appointment. You will receive full treatment and care as with any of our regular clients.
The fee is non-refundable. However, if your practitioner decides during your first consultation that you are not suitable for the treatment we will not charge you.
As a condition to receive the reduced fee for the treatment you will be required to be photographed and filmed before the procedure, during it and after and will also be requested to provide us with a review of our services in our Facebook page.
You will be required to sign a standard photo release form. We won't ever use your name or personal information in relation to the images.
Each session will take some time, please reserve at least 3 hours with us for each appointment.
Regarding Covid-19
If you are experiencing any cold symptoms please do let us know and we can reschedule your appointment to a later date. We do reserve the right not to see anyone who's experiencing symptoms.
We are not allowed to have more than one client at a time in the premises and unfortunately for the moment you cannot bring anyone with you.

From Canning Town Tube Station (Jubilee Line and DLR)
Follow the signs to Canning Town Bus Station which is attached to the tube station (right at the top of the escalators).
Go to Bus Stop F and take any of these buses: 5, 115, 300 or 330.
Get off at Balaam Street Stop (journey should take about 5 minutes)
We are across the road from the bus stop, off Jutland Road (corner of the Post Office).
If you prefer to walk, it takes approx. 15 minutes from Canning Town Station to us.
If you’d like to take an Uber, you should request it from outside the Ibis Hotel (across the road from the bus stop).
The journey should take approx. 5 mins.
Parking
We have parking space in the back of the mews where the clinic is. The spaces are available on a first come first served basis so we can’t always guarantee there will be room. We recommend you also look into street parking which is available. We can’t take any responsibility for parking space or client’s cars.
