We will not consider your booking confirmed until we receive your text reply.

About your Appointment date and time
The date and time for your appointment was sent to via text.
Please make sure to arrive on time but no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment starts. Unfortunately, we cannot let you in before that.
If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we may not be able to see you and you may lose your appointment and deposit.
​Each session will take some time, please reserve at least 3 hours with us for each appointment.

About payments
Based on the information you provided we have given you a quote for our services and an estimate of number of sessions needed. If during in person consultation other areas than previously discussed are identified and the client wishes to have them treated, different prices may apply.
The total price for your treatment is described on the booking confirmation you received via TEXT MESSAGE on your mobile.

Please note that ALL sessions/appointments will need to be pre-booked and paid in advance at the time of your first appointment. If we have made any special payment arrangements for your treatment, these will be applied.
​
A deposit covers the cost of the consultation and is non refundable. However, this will be will be deducted from your final balance should you go ahead with the treatment.
​
Cancellations
Please inform us with 48 hours written notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. We’ll always be happy to try and accommodate you with a new appointment, subject to our availability. Please note deposits are non-refundable.
​Confirmations and Reminders
You will receive a text message reminder 24 hours before your appointment asking you to confirm it once again.
If no reply is received by 10PM the evening before your appointment we might consider it cancelled.

For Discount Offers
As this is a special offer, you will be charged a reduced fee for the treatment . You will receive full treatment and care to our highest standards as with any of our clients.
We must photograph and film you before, during and after the treatment in order to document the procedure and results. In exchange for the discount we offer, we kindly ask you to allow us to use the material later to show the great results of the treatment. We don’t need to show full face so if you prefer not to just let us know. You will also kindly request you to leave us with a review of our services at the end of your treatment.

Via Tube: From Canning Town Tube Station (Jubilee Line and DLR)
Follow the signs to Canning Town Bus Station which is attached to the tube station (right at the top of the escalators).
Go to Bus Stop F and take any of these buses: 5, 115, 300 or 330.
Get off at Balaam Street Stop (journey should take about 5 minutes)
We are across the road from the bus stop, off Jutland Road (corner of the Post Office).
If you prefer to walk, it takes approx. 15 minutes from Canning Town Station to us.
If you’d like to take an Uber, you should request it from outside the Ibis Hotel (across the road from the bus stop).
The journey should take approx. 5 mins.

Via the Elizabeth Line: Get off at CUSTOM HOUSE station.
Take the STREET exit (to your right, opposite to the Excel Centre). Walk down the steps and continue straight ahead. Bus stop F is just a few meters ahead.
From Bus Stop F, take any these buses: 241, 300 or 325 (5 mins journey).

Buses 241 or 325: Get off at Barking Road stop. Just walk back to the Traffic lights (ICELAND store) and turn right, down Barking Road . Look for the Post Office just a few meters down the road on the left side. We are around the corner from the Post Office, off Jutland road.
Bus 300: Get off at Chargeable Lane stop. Walk back up the road and take the first street right (Jutland Road) just before the Post Office. Warehome Mews is just off Jutland Road , first on your left side.
Parking:
We have parking space in the mews where the clinic is. The spaces are available on a first come first served basis and we cannot always guarantee there will be room. We recommend you also look into street parking which is available. Please note we can’t take any responsibility for parking or clients’ cars.
